Peppa
Peppa has been walking with Karen at “Walk With Me, Pets” for over 3 yrs. Peppa loves Karen and looks forward to her ½ hr walks from Monday to Friday. Peppa waits for Karen each day and hopes Karen will turn up on Saturday and Sunday. Peppa had a holiday with Karen for 2 weeks and loved every minute. Karen takes Peppa in the car for a bath and tidy or a full groom it’s excellent just ask Peppa. We highly recommend Karen at “Walk With Me, Pets”
Gandi
“Walk With Me, Pets” has been walking my Border Terrier Gandi for 5 years. He is wild with excitement when they arrive, and it is the highlight of his day. Karen also Groom’s and Boards him when I’m away. I cannot speak too highly of Karen. She has a wonderful bond with Gandi. He loves her. That is the proof.
Lucy
During the 2 years I have used Karen Ratcliffe’s services at “Walk With Me, Pets” I have found her to be 100% reliable, punctual, totally professional and a pleasure to deal with. Her greatest attribute is her kind and loving manner with her animals. (My nervous little rescue dog, a Jack Russell called Lucy, loved her straightaway despite being scared of everyone and everything the first few months.) As my dog is clipped by Karen regularly, knowing that Lucy is happy to go – even wagging her tail throughout the procedure – is very reassuring. In addition to her grooming skills, Karen frequently visits Lucy when I have to be away from the house for several hours, to play with her or take her for a walk and give her lots of cuddles and attention. Karen even sends me photos of her with Lucy via SMS to reassure me! I couldn’t wish for a more dedicated and dependable dog sitter.
Ollie
Can’t thank Karen enough for walking our Ollie, she is an absolute pleasure to work with and our dog Ollie absolutely loves her, Ollie can’t wait for his walk every week with Karen. Karen always puts so much time into Ollie & they have the best relationship. We always feel comfortable knowing Ollie is in great hands with Karen
RUEBEN & TWILL
Karen of “Walk With Me, Pets” has regularly clipped and groomed my two small dogs for some five years. She does an excellent job and I cannot recommend her highly enough. On occasions I have left my dogs in Karen care for extended periods of time whilst overseas and the dogs are always returned healthy and happy.
MISTY
A couple of years ago I found myself ill and unable to walk my dog Misty, as she is very hypo-active I knew I had to find someone to walk her. I went on the internet where I found Walk With Me, Pets. Karen came the next day after I rang and arranged to walk Misty, she has been walking and boarding her ever since as the need arises which is a great comfort to me as I live alone and have no family. When Misty comes home from boarding she is always clean and settles into home at once, this is important to me as I need to know she is safe and well cared for. I will give Misty the last word, when Karen comes to pick her up be it for a walk or boarding she excitedly runs out to meet her and never looks back. I think this is the best testament to the care and love at Walk With Me, Pets.
STELLA & SAM
Karen has been a wonderful companion/ dog sitter to my dogs over the past years. Initially I asked Karen to walk my dogs whilst I had some external renovations underway and my dogs were housed in a different area temporarily which caused upset to our staffy Stella, who in her older years did not cope well with any changes. Karen not only managed electric collars, liaising with work men and washing Stella after every walk due to her getting so hot but gave both my dogs the love and assurance they required through a tumultuous time. Karen has done Home Pet Sitting for me also. On one occasion this involved, soothing a geriatric Staffy with separation anxiety issues, applying topical antibiotic as well as oral and walking, vacuuming and watering my plants!! Karen took out my bins, collected my mail and managed my house and dogs like she would her own. Karen does not just sit dogs, she fits into the routine of the household which in turn made my dogs feel comfortable and settled. Karen is professional, well presented, genuine, caring and someone I trust explicitly with my dogs. I have recommended Karen to many friends and will be employing Karen for her services in the future.
